Can I return merchandise? Do I get a refund?
YES. You may return UNOPENED merchandise within two weeks of purchase. We will refund the returned merchandise after inspection provided the product has not been tampered with and that it is suitable for resale.
In the event of defective merchandise, or if you think that the baby product you purchased is defective in any way, we will replace your product right away.

I need to exchange/return BornFree® Products. Do I need to pay for shipment again?
YES. As shipping and handling is a direct cost, we do not incur such costs. If you have any problems with the merchandise and wish to replace or receive a credit for the goods, we shall refund or exchange the goods per your request, less the credit card or PayPal processing charges as well as the shipping and handling expenses.
